In this workshop we will play with Jenny's blocks from Block of the Month (BOM) 2022, which she designed together with Lucy Engels. Jenny will guide you through the many techniques needed to make these blocks.
You will learn a variety of exciting methods and skills that will help you improve your sewing skills! How to sew no-pin curves - a technique that gives you great freedom when sewing.
We will master both small and large curves, circles and ovals and discover the fascinating technique of double cutting the Drunkard's Path block.
You can also expect numerous valuable tips on precision, perfect seam matching and correct pressing, which will make your sewing projects look even more professional in the future.
You can choose to work with one block or try your hand at three different blocks to unleash your creativity. We will also look at how you can cleverly combine and multiply these blocks to create a beautiful quilt.
This full-day workshop will take place on September 13th, 2025 from 10:00 - 17:00 at Stockwerk.
